• Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Liaise with kitchen staff, delivery teams, and on-site event supervisors for seamless execution.
• Manage and update event calendars and client databases using CRM software.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning or execution to ensure client satisfaction.
