Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Catering Event Coordinator to plan and execute remote catering events. You will be the primary client contact, guiding menus, logistics and customization to bring each vision to life.

In a fully remote role, you will coordinate with kitchens, delivery teams and vendors, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication and outstanding client experiences across multiple events simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or catering management.
• Experience with remote client interaction preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for clients from inquiry to event completion.
• Develop tailored catering proposals including menus, staffing, and logistics.
• Coordinate with kitchen, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage timelines and keep communications timely and clear.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning or execution.
• Maintain client records and event details in the CRM.
