Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Coordinator to manage and streamline catering operations from anywhere. This fully remote role requires coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and managing schedules to meet all catering requirements without attendance at events.

You will be the primary client contact, using digital tools to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, while coordinating with a diverse range of vendors to deliver seamless events

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external caterers and suppliers to confirm bookings, negotiate services, and ensure adherence to agreements.
