Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Receptionist to act as the main contact point for staff, clients, and families in a fully remote role based in South Africa. The role combines reception, intake, care coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will handle calls, manage intake from inquiry to onboarding, coordinate with RBTs and families, and maintain organised records.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare reception or patient coordination.
• Proven ability to handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work full-time during US business hours.
• Remote work capability and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and families.
• Manage calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with RBTs and families.
• Coordinate intake and onboarding of new clients.
• Manage scheduling updates and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain accurate client and staff records.
• Identify process improvements.
• Adapt to new processes and systems.
