Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the remote management of cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor real-time cargo movements, including loading, unloading, and transit, utilizing tracking systems and communication tools.
• Provide remote guidance and support to on-site operations teams, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, bottlenecks, and potential delays, implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all cargo operations, including manifests and delivery confirmations.
