Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices, and certificates of origin.

• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues, customs delays, or any discrepancies that arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, import/export laws, and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide accurate quotes and logistical solutions for clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of all shipments, communications, and transactions for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and strategies for enhanced efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements
