Placements24 is seeking a Remote Logistics Operations Analyst to join a distributed freight and transportation services team. You will analyze operational data across our logistics network, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements from a remote location.

The role focuses on optimizing routes, schedules, and resource allocation, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A 4+ year background in logistics analysis and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics operations analysis or similar analytical role.
• Proven experience analyzing transportation, warehousing, and distribution data.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of logistics principles and operational best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
