- Minimum 7 years in recruitment with strong business development and client management experience
- Proven track record in generating and closing new business in staffing or recruitment
- Experience leading remote recruitment teams and using CRM systems
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire clients and expand market share
- Identify opportunities in target regions including Northern Cape and Upington
- Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for client mandates
- Lead and mentor a remote recruitment team to meet targets
- Analyze market trends to inform strategy and new offerings
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs with clients
- Provide expert recruitment advice and solutions to clients
- Contribute to strategic growth of the SA operations
