Job summary

Staff Solutions seeks a remote business development professional to identify and approach corporate clients nationwide. You will generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, telephone and email prospecting, and establish relationships with HR managers, business owners and other decision-makers.

This is a remote, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You will build and manage your own client portfolio, hand over vacancies to the recruitment team, and

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients nationally.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, telephone and email prospecting.
• Establish relationships with HR Managers, HR Directors, business owners and other key decision-makers.
• Identify companies with current or future recruitment requirements.
• Present Staff Solutions' recruitment services to prospective clients.
• Secure new recruitment vacancies and business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own client pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing clients.
• Work closely with the Staff Solutions recruitment team to ensure a professional handover of vacancies.
• Keep accurate records of prospects, leads and business opportunities.
