Pearl in the healthcare/legal services space seeks a Client Operations Manager to own end-to-end case coordination and connect law firms, insurers, and medical experts.

This remote role requires 4+ years in high-volume client operations, strong multi-channel management, and billing/coordinator experience, with C1+ English and ET overlap.

You will build trackers and SOPs to ensure invoices and confirmations flow smoothly, enabling founders to focus on growth.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years owning a high-volume queue of cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services environment.
• Proven experience managing high concurrent volume across multiple channels (email, phone, client portal).
• Hands-on ownership of money-adjacent workflows (invoicing, billing, or claims/coordinations) with zero-defect accuracy.
• Track record of building or repairing a tracker, SOP, checklist, or workflow from scratch.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook plus at least one CRM/case-management system.
• C1+ English (CEFR) for direct communication with US attorneys and medical professionals.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap.
