You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues, assisting with account openings, and educating clients on online banking.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer service or client support, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
