Untapped Global Talent Community is seeking a senior BD professional to build and lead the new business development function from the ground up. You will own the BD plan, target key accounts, and drive revenue by engaging CTOs and engineering leaders across Ireland and European markets.

You'll work with leadership, gain real flexibility, and earn commission tied to revenue from new business. Expect a high-autonomy role with remote collaboration across international clients.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of winning new business in agency recruitment or B2B services.
• Experience selling to senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, engineering leaders).
• Ability to design and articulate a sales process and set personal targets.
• Senior level experience (Manager/Senior Manager/Director) with independence.
• Comfortable working Irish business hours remotely from South Africa.

Aufgaben

• Build and run your own BD plan covering ICP, target accounts, outreach & pipeline.
• Open conversations with CTOs and engineering leaders at tech/fintech firms in Ireland.
• Identify signals like new tech rollouts and team expansions to guide delivery.
• Collaborate with recruiters to convert conversations into live roles and accounts.
• Leverage case studies and track record to position the firm with new clients.
• Track and report on pipeline and revenue you generate.
