Job summary

CorePlan, a Perth-based tech startup expanding internationally, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote-enabled team. You will generate and qualify leads, run outbound campaigns, and demonstrate how our digital drilling SaaS solves real industry problems.

You'll hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives and collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales or customer-facing roles.
• Confident outreach across phone, email and social channels.
• Natural curiosity and quick learner of new products and industries.
• Organised, detail-oriented with CRM discipline.
• Proactive, goal-driven team player who thrives in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Run multichannel outbound campaigns to build awareness and demand across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Learn the product and articulately explain how it meets customer needs.
• Qualify leads against the ICP and document opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success to refine outbound strategy.
• Keep CRM clean and updated; report activity weekly.
• Set quarterly goals aligned to business direction.
