Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role supporting SA-based prospects. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience and quota-bearing background.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
