Blacksmith Agency is recruiting Sales Development Representatives to fuel growth across South Africa. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers, and initiate first contact through email, LinkedIn and phone.

Your work will shape the early stage of our pipeline and set up qualified discovery calls for the Account Executives. We value persistent, coachable professionals with strong written communication and the ability to tailor outreach to prospects.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Experience with B2B sales and quota attainment.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and engage decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
