Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You own top-of-funnel activities—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will build targeted contact lists, craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, and hand off qualified discovery calls to Account Executives.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience within a recruitment, agency or SaaS environment.
• 2 years in an SDR or BDR role is preferred.
• Strong ability to personalize outreach and messaging.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn and phone.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal accounts based on ICP and source decision makers.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
