Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will identify ICPs, build contact lists, and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone. You will also book discovery calls for Account Executives and maintain

Formación

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
