Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As B2B Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will own account research, identify decision makers, and craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS considered a plus.
B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
Ability to personalize outreach and communicate clearly.
Familiarity with outbound tools and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
