Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean CRM records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with the sales team to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role with quota experience.
• B2B SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
