Job summary

Disruptive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of recruitment clients across Australia. This remote, part-time role starts at 20 hours per week and offers a path to full-time as you build a reliable client pipeline and contribute to growth.

You will engage Australian businesses, set qualified appointments, and present our fixed-fee permanent recruitment services.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development and recruitment sales.
• Proven success with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and manage a measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Australian businesses with current or upcoming permanent recruitment needs.
• Build relationships with decision-makers including business owners, founders, CEOs, managing directors, general managers, COOs, HR directors and hiring managers.
• Set qualified appointments between prospective clients and the senior recruitment team.
• Coordinate NDAs and service agreements and other client documents.
• Maintain CRM records of conversations, proposals and next steps.
• Complete a handover to the recruitment team once the client agreement is signed.
