Employmate Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive for a fully remote, contractor role to own the complete B2B sales cycle across Australian, UK and US markets. You will prospect, engage business owners, present solutions and guide customers through applications, supported by list-driven campaigns and a proven sales process.

The role offers autonomy in a fast-paced international environment with an uncapped commission structure, negotiable base salary, and opportunity for career

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Proven ability to independently generate opportunities, manage a pipeline and close new business.
• Strong experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and pipeline.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closed business.
• Conduct 30–50 outbound calls per day to Australian businesses.
• Prospect targeted franchise groups and business owners using lead lists.
• Navigate gatekeepers and engage with key decision-makers.
• Build rapport through consultative conversations and understand client needs.
• Present suitable payment and merchant service solutions and prepare quotes.
• Guide customers through the application process from start to finish.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently hit targets.
• Record activities and next steps in the CRM and collaborate with the team.
