Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is hiring a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts, manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and drive conversion tracking and attribution you

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4 and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps.
