Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget calls, testing, and conversion tracking to drive ROAS and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Deliver the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client; articulate the numbers story on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
