Huzzle Ltd. is seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter to join our growing business development team.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for sparking interest and securing meetings for sales executives in a fast-paced B2B environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in appointment setting or outbound sales, with a track record of high call volumes, effective objection handling, and strong CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in an appointment setting role.
• Proven experience in a B2B appointment setting or outbound sales role.
• High call volumes with maintained quality.
• Evidence of past performance and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute high volumes of outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential B2B leads.
• Manage a consistent pipeline through persistent follow-up and multi-channel outreach.
• Overcome gatekeepers and objections to articulate value proposition.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and senior sales team.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records of interactions and lead statuses.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked appointments and conversions.
