Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic Remote Business Development Representative to join its expanding sales team. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, outbound prospecting, and setting up initial meetings for the sales cycle from a home office.

You will research target accounts, articulate value proposition, and track activities in the CRM, while collaborating with marketing to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients identified through lead generation tools.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and challenges.
• Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Track and record all activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify campaign opportunities.
