Placements24 is seeking a Remote Automotive Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software for automotive ECUs. You will write C/C++ for microcontrollers, build drivers, and optimize real-time algorithms, collaborating with hardware engineers across a distributed team.

The role requires a strong background in embedded systems, automotive protocols, RTOS, and version control, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS.
• Embedded software experience in automotive applications.
• C and C++ for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• RTOS, memory management, and real-time concepts.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, UDS, Ethernet protocols.
• Git and IDEs proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 desirable.

Responsibilities
