Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automotive Technician with diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic software and equipment.
• Strong remote communication and ability to work independently.
• Relevant automotive certifications (ASE) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote diagnostic support and technical assistance to customers and field service technicians.
• Interpret vehicle diagnostic data and provide clear, actionable recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize digital platforms and communication tools to guide users through troubleshooting procedures.
• Document all technical interactions, findings, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
