Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician with a specialization in diagnostics.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues across various vehicle makes and models.
• Proficiency with advanced automotive diagnostic software, hardware, and data interpretation.
• Excellent remote communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-experts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote diagnostic support for complex vehicle issues using telematics, remote diagnostic tools, and data analysis.
• Interpret diagnostic data, fault codes, and sensor readings to identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.
• Collaborate with field technicians via phone, video conferencing, and digital platforms to guide them through diagnostic and repair procedures.
