Exclusively Remote is seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter & Outbound Lead Generator to join our growing sales team. Your main goal is to call prospective leads, pitch our value, qualify prospects, and secure confirmed appointments for our sales executives.

You will work with lead lists, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while hitting weekly and monthly outbound targets during US business hours (3:00 PM SA time).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years outbound calling or appointment setting.
• Availability for US business hours (EST).
• Strong objection handling and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRMs and calendar tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Cold & Warm Calling: 80-120+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and book appointments.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against ICP to ensure meetings with qualified decision-makers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings onto executives' calendars via CRM/scheduling software (HubSpot, Calendly, GoHighLevel).
• Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Follow up with missed or needing touchpoints via phone, SMS, or email.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and appointment details.
• Objection Handling: Navigate gatekeepers and objections to highlight value and secure meetings.
• Performance Tracking: Meet/exceed weekly and monthly outbound targets.
