Exclusively Remote is seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter & Outbound Lead Generator to join our sales team. You will make 80–120+ outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our Sales Executives, using tools like HubSpot and Calendly.

Remote role with US business hours and a focus on consistent follow-up to convert leads. The position requires 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, CRM familiarity, and a resilient, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold outreach.
• Ability to work full-time during US business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).
• Strong active listening with the ability to overcome gatekeepers and objections on the fly.
• Familiarity with CRMs and calendar management tools.
• Goal-oriented with resilience and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Cold & Warm Calling: 80–120+ outbound calls per day to generate leads and book appointments.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients against ICP to ensure meetings with qualified decision-makers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings onto calendars via CRM/scheduling software.
• Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, or email.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Objection Handling: Navigate objections to highlight value and secure meetings.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
