Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a SA-based company to recruit an Appointment Setter. The role is a full-time, remote position based in South Africa, aligned to EST hours.

You will make many outbound calls daily to founders and marketing leaders, qualify opportunities, and book consultations with a focus on high show-rate performance. Expect to earn a base of $1,000 USD per month with additional per-appointment incentives and strong earnings potential for high activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling and achieving targets.
• Proven ability to qualify prospects and book qualified appointments.
• Excellent spoken English with phone-based sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day; top performers exceed this.
• Engage prospects over the phone and create productive conversations with founders/marketing leaders.
• Qualify prospects and determine suitability for a consultation.
• Book a minimum of 7 qualified appointments per week; 15+ is strong production.
• Maintain a show rate of at least 70% with effective confirmations.
• Manage appointment confirmations and rebooking for no-shows.
• Track activity and performance via CRM and dialing system.
• Take accountability for results, activity, and appointment quality.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in every interaction.
