Always Be Calling is building a remote outbound appointment setting team from the ground up. We seek experienced appointment setters who thrive in high-performance environments to book appointments for licensed financial advisors.

You will make 400–600 outbound calls daily with a power dialer, engaging qualified US prospects, following a script, and scheduling appointments. This is a performance-based, fast-growing opportunity with clear advancement paths as we scale from six to twenty-five team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or high-volume call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Make 400–600 outbound calls per day using a power dialer.
• Speak with qualified prospects across the United States.
• Follow a proven appointment-setting script and process.
• Schedule qualified prospects onto financial advisors’ calendars.
• Confirm appointment details and set clear expectations with each prospect.
• Work toward an average of 40–60 kept appointments per month.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing performance training.
• Maintain strong attendance, professionalism, and consistency.
