Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Ethicist to champion responsible AI development across the organization. The role focuses on fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy, collaborating with researchers, engineers, product managers, and legal teams to embed ethics throughout the AI lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced ethics-focused degree and 3+ years of experience, with strong understanding of ML, data privacy, and bias.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field with a focus on technology ethics.
• 3+ years of experience working on ethical implications of AI or emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data privacy, and algorithmic bias.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in communicating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in policy development or regulatory compliance related to technology is a plus.

• Develop and implement ethical AI guidelines, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for new and existing AI systems.
• Advise development teams on mitigating bias, ensuring fairness, and promoting transparency in AI models.
