Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Social Sciences, or related field with tech ethics specialization.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy, or responsible innovation.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, societal impacts, and ethical challenges.
• Proven ability to develop practical ethical frameworks and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics guidelines and policies.
