Placements24 is recruiting a Remote AI Ethics Specialist to guide responsible development and deployment of AI technologies. You will embed ethical considerations into the core AI strategy and collaborate with research, engineering, product and legal.

This fully remote role involves establishing frameworks, policies and best practices to ensure fairness, accountability and safety across AI initiatives, while staying current with global regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science or related field with AI ethics focus.
• Proven experience in AI ethics or responsible AI.
• Strong understanding of ML principles and ethical implications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics policies and review processes.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for new AI projects.
• Advise teams on bias detection and mitigation.
• Stay updated on AI ethics regulations and best practices globally.
