Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy.
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and AI algorithms.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory landscapes concerning AI.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical theories into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ethical guidelines and policies for AI systems.
