Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Proven experience implementing Scrum and Kanban in software projects.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience leading fully remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for distributed teams.
- Coach development teams on Agile best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs.
- Track progress with Agile metrics and report to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration in remote settings.
