Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Project Manager to lead Agile transformation initiatives in a fully remote setting. You will steer multiple projects, coach teams on agile practices, and drive continuous improvement across distributed groups.

The role demands strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge, excellent communication, and experience managing remote agile teams with Jira, Trello, and Asana. A self-driven, cross-time-zone facilitator is ideal.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• At least 4 years focused on Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading agile transformations in remote environments.
• Strong Scrum, Kanban knowledge and agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple agile projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, practices, and values.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively seeking solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within project teams and across the organization's agile maturity.
