Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Agile Transformation in a fully remote capacity. You will design transformation roadmaps, coach teams, and partner with leaders to embed Agile practices across departments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM, Scrum Master cert, PMP-ACP or similar, and a proven ability to drive change in distributed environments. Remote work, Jira/Confluence, and strong facilitation are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or programme management with 4+ years leading Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification required; PMP-ACP or similar preferred.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change in a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with milestones and success metrics.
• Coach cross-functional teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile values.
