Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Agile Project Manager to join our innovative team. This 100% remote role guides software development teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while fostering a transparent remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Agile PM or Scrum Master, with cross-functional, distributed teams, and is certified as CSM or PSM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile PM or Scrum Master.
• Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams remotely.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• CSM or PSM certification required.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach development teams on Agile principles to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources within an Agile framework.
• Remove impediments and obstacles hindering team progress.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Track and report team velocity, progress, and Agile metrics.
