Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide Agile transformation in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will guide teams across departments, embedding Agile principles to increase agility and efficiency.

You will drive coaching programs, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments, ensuring progress is measured and aligned with strategic goals. Strong communication and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or related field.
• Advanced Agile certifications (CSM/CSPO/SAFe) are essential.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile transformations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change in a fully remote context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Agile transformation initiative across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement Agile coaching and training programs for teams and leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) in a fully remote setting.
• Identify and remove impediments to Agile adoption and progress, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Measure and report on the progress and impact of the Agile transformation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning among teams.
