MoveSmart Rentals is hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage existing client relationships, coordinate leasing processes, and drive leasing performance. This is a remote role aligned to Eastern Time business hours.

You will become the property owner’s main point of contact, oversee the leasing pipeline, monitor listing performance, and present applications and offers. The role requires 3+ years in client-facing roles and a proven ability to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to retain dissatisfied clients or recover relationships.
• Experience upselling services or solutions.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple active client and leasing files.
• Keep property owners informed throughout the process.
• Confirm that each file is complete and ready to be listed.
• Coordinate listing requirements with the partner brokerage.
• Monitor inquiries, showings, applications, and offers.
• Identify why a property is not attracting interest or offers.
• Recommend pricing, marketing, presentation, or property-condition changes.
• Persuade owners to make reasonable price adjustments.
• Present qualified tenant offers and secure timely decisions.
• Retain dissatisfied owners who may cancel.
• Sell services to improve leasing performance.
• Handle objections while maintaining owner trust.
• Coordinate documents, deposits, keys, and move-in requirements.
• Communicate with owners, tenants, realtors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Verify payment and payout information before updates.
• Maintain CRM notes, tasks, documents, and next steps.
• Escalate legal, payment, agreement, or high-risk concerns when required.
