You’ll be the owner’s main contact, driving workflow execution, providing proactive updates, and maintaining clean CRM records in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather info, coordinate next steps, prevent delays.
• Provide proactive updates so owners know what’s happening and what comes next.
• Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication.
• Ensure documentation is collected and tracked per company process.
• Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement.
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction with good judgement.
