Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Account Manager in Klerksdorp to manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships in the North West region.

You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conduct regular business reviews, collaborate with sales and support teams, and provide reports on account health and performance, while delivering excellent service in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and our service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track client engagement and provide regular reports on account health and performance.
