• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Serve as main client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
