THE/STUDIO is building the operating system for product creation and operates two platforms, Customize Now and Source Anything. This fully remote, profitable company seeks an aggressive SMB sales professional to own the end-to-end sales cycle across US SMB markets.

You will work directly with leadership, shaping the product roadmap and company strategy while advancing rapid deal cycles. A high-velocity, results-driven environment offers strong commissions and significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales / Account Executive experience.
• Experience with US SMB markets is a plus.
• Professional-level English proficiency (C1-C2) is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full, high-cadence SMB sales cycle end-to-end.
• Move prospects from cold outreach to closed-won within 1–2 weeks.
• Manage funnel in HubSpot with high activity metrics and precise forecasting.
• Develop expertise in supply chain, manufacturing and product development to map high-value solutions.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
