Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will identify prospective clients in the e-commerce space, initiate contact, and qualify leads for the senior sales team, helping businesses grow online.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication, a proactive attitude, and comfort with CRM tools. Prior sales or customer service exposure is a plus, but not required in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients in the e-commerce space.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via email, calls, and social media.
• Articulate value proposition and understand prospect needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outbound messaging.
