The role emphasizes sales, service, client experience, operational discipline, risk management and people leadership.

The candidate will travel frequently within the Local Market, engage client initiatives, and build a high-performing, client-focused team in alignment with Local Market priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline banking and delivery of sales/service objectives.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel across local market regions as needed.
• FAIS Representative status and fit & proper requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage Universal Bankers to meet sales, service, client experience and risk objectives.
• Implement Local Market initiatives with branch teams and stakeholders.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling while promoting digital channels.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, controls and risk management.
• Develop team capability and engagement with People and Culture.
