Qualifications

• National Certificate or FAIS-aligned qualification (NQF 5).
• Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
• 3–4 years experience in branch banking, client-facing sales or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across branch channels to understand needs and provide banking solutions.
• Identify sales and demand generation opportunities, promoting relevant products.
• Open, amend, transfer and close client accounts per procedures and risk controls.
• Assess client needs by reviewing account conduct, income/expenditure and scorecards.
• Educate clients on banking processes, digital channels and product features.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with FAIS/KYC/POPIA.
