Job summary

Pedros is seeking a Training Manager to oversee regional training across allocated stores. You will manage a team of skilled trainers, ensure SOPs are followed, and mentor trainees to lift performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to travel to multiple stores. You will track attendance, maintain training records, and provide regular updates on training progress, while supporting store openings and ad hoc training tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional training teams in restaurant/F&B environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver SOP-based training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional training across Pedros stores and manage a trainers team.
• Conduct training sessions on food preparation per SOPs.
• Mentor and upskill trainees and new employees.
• Maintain attendance and training records; monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
• Provide daily updates on in-store training activities and sign off trainee progress.
